Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 strips bacon
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Make filling: Mix cream cheese, spinach, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff chicken: Cut a pocket in each chicken breast. Stuff with cream cheese mixture. Season outside with paprika, salt, pepper.
- Wrap and bake: Wrap each breast with 2 bacon strips. Bake at 400°F for 35-40 minutes until bacon is crispy and chicken reaches 165°F.
