This pasta is what I make when I have absolutely nothing in the fridge but need dinner in twenty minutes. Garlic, butter, pasta — that’s basically it, and somehow it’s incredibly satisfying. My kids call it ‘the good pasta’ which is the highest compliment in our house. It’s also my secret weapon for impressing last-minute dinner guests.
This garlic butter pasta is proof that simple ingredients done right can create something absolutely magical. In just 20 minutes, you can have a restaurant-quality dish on the table that your whole family will love.
Why This Recipe Works
The secret is in the technique. By toasting the garlic in butter until golden, you unlock deep, nutty flavors that coat every strand of pasta.
